Your data is walled off from everyone.

Every agency gets a database of its own, not a row in a shared one. Your tasks, messages, clients and invoices never sit next to another agency’s. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never look inside unless you ask us to help, or the law requires it.

Your files go to your storage. Any storage.

Pictures, videos, voice notes and documents from team chat, the client portal and the file manager are streamed straight into storage you own: Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, any S3 bucket, or a server in your own office. Crewqo passes them through and keeps no copy. Heavy video can go to a cheaper store of its own.

Your backups are locked with your key.

Every night your workspace is backed up, encrypted and sent to your own storage too. Turn on your backup key and the key that opens those backups is downloaded to you once. We keep only the lock, never the key, so we can’t open your backups. Need a restore? Upload the backup with your key and you’re back.

Your clients stay yours.

Clients log in to a portal with your logo, your colours and your own web address. Emails to them go out under your agency’s name. We never contact your clients, never show them our brand and never market to them.

Where is my workspace data stored?
Tasks, clients, messages and invoices live in a database that belongs to your agency alone, on Crewqo’s servers. It is backed up every night, encrypted, and we keep 30 days of encrypted copies. Files go to the storage you connect.
Which storage can I connect?
Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint, Dropbox, any S3-compatible bucket (Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces and others), or your own server over WebDAV (Nextcloud, Synology, QNAP, ownCloud and similar). Crewqo checks every connection before it is used: it writes a test file, reads it back and deletes it.
Can you read my backups?
Not once you turn on your own backup key. Backups are then encrypted with a key that is downloaded to you once and never kept by us. Keep it safe: without it, nobody can open those backups, including us. Until you turn it on, backups are still encrypted, with a key held by Crewqo.
Can Crewqo see my live workspace?
Your workspace runs on our servers, so the app can read it in order to show it to you, like any web app. We don’t look at workspace contents unless you ask us to help or the law requires it.
What happens to my AI key?
It is stored encrypted, never shown again after you save it, and used only to send your own AI requests to the provider you chose. You can replace or remove it at any time.
Do you store my team’s passwords?
Only as a secure hash, never in readable form. Nobody at Crewqo can see them. New devices and repeated wrong passwords are handled automatically.
What if I leave?
Download everything in one click before you go. After you cancel we delete your workspace and its backups within 30 days.
