Meet the Performance Agent.

It sees the work, not the busywork. Crewqo counts what each person actually delivered, checks every file for mistakes before a client sees it, spots time that doesn’t add up and tells your managers who needs help. For in-house teams and agencies alike.

How it works

Your team’s everyday work in. Answers out.

No new forms. The agent reads what Crewqo already has and turns it into numbers, flags and notes.

Seven agents, one job

Your team’s performance, handled.

The Performance Agent is seven small helpers working in the background of Crewqo. Each one does one job well.

01

Output Counter

Counts the images, videos and files each finished task delivered, from what is attached. Nobody fills in a sheet.

02

Quality Checker

AI reads the text in new images, videos and captions and flags spelling, grammar and wrong prices or dates. A second pass confirms every mistake.

03

Time Truth

Compares time clocked, time logged and time a task usually takes, and flags what doesn’t add up.

04

Estimator

Learns how long each person usually takes for a small, medium or large task, so a slow day stands out.

05

Nudge

A gentle evening reminder when a task is in progress with no time logged that day, or hasn’t moved for days.

06

Daily Summary

Writes each person’s day from the facts: what they delivered, what they started and anything worth a look.

07

Manager Coach

Every Monday: who did well, who dropped, who may need support, and one practical suggestion.

And everything they feed

A score with its parts, 8-week trends, how full everyone’s week is, hours by client, weekly targets per role, a monthly review PDF and reports in PDF, Excel or CSV, sent every week or month if you like.

Built for both

Agencies and in-house teams, equally.

In-house teams

Know which department waits on which.

  • The marketplace team asks the creative team for new product content; the creative lead hands it to a designer
  • The person who asked reviews the result: approve or send it back with a note
  • See who asks for the most work, who takes longest to review and how many rounds of changes it costs
  • Weekly targets per role, so “busy” and “productive” stop being the same thing

Agencies

Catch the typo before the client does.

  • Every banner, reel and caption checked for spelling, prices and dates before it goes out
  • Images and videos delivered per editor and designer, counted from the work itself
  • Hours by client, including the hours that went into changes
  • A monthly review per person, ready for the one-to-one

Fair by design

Measured on the work, not on being watched.

Good people hate being tracked and love being seen. The Performance Agent only looks at what your team hands over.

  • Counts delivered work from tasks, files, time and attendance. Nothing is typed in to look good.
  • No screenshots, no keystroke logging, no webcam.
  • Everyone sees their own numbers. The owner decides who sees whose.
  • The score shows every part and the reason behind it.
  • Only reviewers approve work, and never their own.
  • Time spent on changes is kept apart from the first round.
  • AI runs on your own key, with a monthly limit you set.
  • Works without AI too: counts, flags, scores and requests need no key.

Questions about the Performance Agent

Do I need an AI key?
No, for most of it. Output counts, time flags, the score, the Requests view, reports and plain daily summaries work without one. File checks, written summaries and the weekly coach use your own OpenAI, Google Gemini or OpenRouter key, and you can pick a different model for each.
What does the file check read?
The text in images and videos (headlines, prices, dates, captions on screen) and the captions of posts. It doesn’t listen to voice-overs or music. Videos need a Google Gemini key; images and captions work with any of the three.
How much does the AI cost?
You pay your AI provider directly, at their price. Crewqo shows an estimate of what was spent this month and stops AI work when it reaches the monthly limit you set.
Is this employee surveillance?
No. There are no screenshots, keystroke logs or webcam checks. It looks at the work people hand over: tasks, files, time they log and attendance. People see their own numbers, and the score explains itself.
Who can see the numbers?
Everyone sees their own. Leads can see their department, HR or managers can see everyone, and the owner can narrow it to chosen people. It all follows the access you set per person.
Does it work for in-house teams, not just agencies?
Yes. Departments can send work requests to each other, the person who asked reviews the result, and the Requests view shows who asks most and how fast they review. Agencies get the same, plus client work and approvals.
