Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial of every feature, with no card needed. You only pay once you choose a plan.
Your first payment
If Crewqo is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, whether you chose monthly or yearly billing.
Monthly plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. It stops at the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not refund part-months after the first 14 days.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of each yearly payment. After that you can cancel and keep using Crewqo until the end of the paid year.
How to ask
Email support@crewqo.com from the workspace owner’s email address with your workspace address. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
