About Crewqo

We built the tool we wanted when we ran an agency.

Crewqo started inside a working agency. Projects lived in one tool, chat in another, invoices in a spreadsheet, leave on WhatsApp and client approvals in email threads. Nobody could see the whole picture.

Why Crewqo exists

Ten tools, and still no picture of the week.

Crewqo is a product of Hinter Build.

A normal morning went like this: open the task tool, then the chat, then the invoice spreadsheet, then scroll WhatsApp to see who was on leave, then search email for which version the client had approved.

Each tool was fine on its own. Together they cost a lot, didn’t talk to each other, and left the team copying the same information from one place to the next.

So we built one place for all of it, for our own crew first. Every part of Crewqo exists because a real agency needed it. Now we’re opening it to other agencies, one workspace each.
