In the storage you connect: Google Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint, Dropbox, any S3-compatible bucket, or your own server. Crewqo passes files through and doesn’t keep them on our servers.

Yes. Every nightly backup is encrypted. Turn on your own backup key and only you can open them; we keep only the lock, never the key.

Only if you want the AI features. You add your own AI key (OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter), so you pay your AI provider directly for what you use.

The first 50 agencies that subscribe pay the founding price, which is lower than the regular price. It stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active, even when our regular prices go up.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Polar handles payment, invoices, receipts and sales tax or VAT where it applies.

Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you can download everything before you go.
