Who we are
Crewqo is a workspace for managing teams, including agencies and in-house teams, built and run by Hinter Build ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the Crewqo service and to this website. By creating a workspace, subscribing or using Crewqo you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
Crewqo is software you use in your web browser. It includes projects and tasks, a client portal, proposals and contracts, invoices, team chat, HR tools, docs, whiteboards, forms and AI features, as described on our Features page.
Each agency gets its own separate workspace, with its own web address, logins and database. The person who creates the workspace is its owner and decides who else can use it and what they can open. You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping passwords safe and for everything done in your workspace.
Free trial, plans and prices
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with every feature. To keep using Crewqo after the trial you choose a plan. Plans are priced by the number of team members; client-portal logins are free. Current prices: Starter: $19 per month (founding price $15); Team: $49 per month (founding price $39); Agency: $99 per month (founding price $79). Yearly plans are charged for 10 months and cover 12.
The first 50 agencies to subscribe get the founding price, which stays the same for as long as their subscription stays active. If we change a regular price we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar (polar.sh). Polar is the merchant of record for all our orders. Polar handles payment, billing, invoices and receipts, and applies sales tax or VAT where required. Polar’s own terms apply to the payment itself.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. This does not affect payments your own clients make to you through your own payment links, which go directly to your account.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.
Before you go you can download everything in your workspace in one click. After cancellation your workspace is closed and its data is permanently deleted after 30 days, including backups.
Your data
Everything you put into Crewqo belongs to you. We store it only to run the service for you, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Files, payments and connected tools stay in your own accounts (for example your Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, S3 bucket or own server, your payment provider, your AI and email providers). You connect them with your own keys and can disconnect them at any time. We act as a processor of your workspace data and you remain its controller. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
Acceptable use
Do not use Crewqo to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, store or share content you have no right to, or try to access another workspace or disrupt the service. We may suspend a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Backups and availability
Everything you do in Crewqo is backed up every day and backups are kept for 30 days. Files are not part of these backups because they live in your own storage.
We work hard to keep Crewqo available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our hosting providers.
Liability
Crewqo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Crewqo in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Tools you connect (such as Google, your payment provider, AI and email providers) are run by their own companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to these terms
If we make an important change we will tell workspace owners by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Crewqo after that means you accept the new terms.
